Mail

The Mail is accessible in Strongford, right next to the Players Avatar. In most cases, players will find Gifts in here but occasionally the developers send a message about important changes or new videos.

There are multiple gifts one can receive:

From Wendy
- In Discord, Twitter, Facebook (depending on your platform)
  - Daily Boxes
  - 500 Energy on Friday for normal Special Events
  - Random loot on special occasions or for solving riddles
- Gold through push notifications all several days (amount depends on the Team Level)
- Random loot for watching new videos (e.g. live streams, video adventures)
- Hero Promote Reward (10 Emeralds)
- Winterfest Rewards (Generosity and Popularity) - available for 30 days
From Boxy, sometimes Wendy sends them if they contain more than Boxy's Gifts
- For reaching X subscribers on Youtube
From Postman
- Reward for battles in the Guild Dungeon (Summoning Spheres) - available for 3 days
- Reward for Guild Activity (Great Enchantment Runes) - available for 3 days
- Guild War Reward (Guild War Trophies) - available for 3 days
- Guild War Week Result (Guild War Trophies) - available for 3 days
- Successful defense on Arena (10 Arena Coins)
- Successful defense on Grand Arena (10 Grand Arena Coins)
- Ranking reward for the best ranking on Arena or Grand Arena (EXP Potions, Arena Coins, Gold, Emeralds)
- Unclaimed reward for completing the Tower
- Special Quest Rewards for uncollected quests in Special Events - available for 3 days
A gift from a guildmate / friend (30 Friendship Chips - max 30 gifts / 900 chips per day) - available for 20 days
You got a surprise from a guildmate! (from bundles) - available for 30 days
Guild Master's Present - available for 3 days
