You can upgrade your Heroes with Glyphs in the Forge after joining a Guild. Glyphs need to be enchanted with either Enchantment Runes and Gold or Emeralds to gain enchant points. With enough enchant points the Glyph will level up and grant an increased Stats Bonus.

Nearly all Hero Stats can be upgraded by Glyphs, except Vampirism:

  • Intelligence glyph Intelligence
  • Agility glyph Agility
  • Strength glyph Strength
  • Health glyph Health 
  • Physical attack glyph Physical attack
  • Magic attack glyph Magic attack
  • Armor glyph Armor
  • Magic defense glyph Magic defense
  • Dodge glyph Dodge
  • Armor penetration glyph Armor penetration
  • Magic penetration glyph Magic penetration
  • Crit hit chance glyph Critical hit chance

Each Hero has five different Glyphs, by default non are unlocked, they get unlocked starting at the top and then going clockwise with a higher Promotion Rank. For example, Astaroth's glyphs on the right side get unlocked at:

  • Glyph 1 (Magic attack), at rank Blue
  • Glyph 2 (Armor), at rank Blue
  • Glyph 3 (Health), at rank Violet
  • Glyph 4 (Magic defense), at rank Violet +1
  • Glyph 5 (Strength), at rank Violet +2

But even if the Glyph is unlocked the Hero needs to meet a level requirement to increase the maximum Glyph Level:

  • Glyph Level 1-30 gets unlocked at Hero Level 20
  • Glyph Level 31-40 gets unlocked at Hero Level 60
  • Glyph Level 41-50 gets unlocked at Hero Level 100

Glyphs on the mobile version are capped at level 40.

Stats Bonus[]

Different Stats get a different bonus, as the following tables show. The first table shows the costs and values per each level while the 2nd table shows the costs and values per each group of 5 levels and, at the end, the total sum of all levels combined. Emeralds can also be used to buy the missing Enchantment Points to the next level at a ratio of 1:1.

  • Bonus 1: Intelligence, Strength, Agility
  • Bonus 2: Health
  • Bonus 3: Physical attack
  • Bonus 4: Magic attack, Armor, Magic defense, Armor penetration, Magic penetration
  • Bonus 5: Dodge, Crit hit chance

Note: The final 10 levels of Glyphs make up for slightly more than 60% of the total costs but also add about slightly over 50% (for bonuses 1-2), 48% (bonuses 3-4), and 43% (bonus 5), respectively, of the total boost to each Glyph type.

Glyphs on Mobile[]

On the mobile version, maxing a glyph requires 16,550 Enchantment Points, stopping at level 40 (which grants roughly half the stats of level 50).

Although the last glyph with the main stat (Bonus 1 - Intelligence, Agility, and Strength) cost the same as the first four, the effect on Secondary Stats is worse:

  • Tanks should focus on defense
  • Damage dealers should focus on offense
  • Support, defense, and offense, depends on how vulnerable the hero is
