Hericus' and Xahariel's solutions are safe for weaker players but are very slow since you have to wait a couple of times for other players to move (and nobody has time to wait).
Robai's solution is faster because the first player just opens the paths for the other two players (it gives full rewards, 5 attacks on the boss, recommended one player 170k or so, the rest players can be weak).
Alternative the "3 chests" approach for very weak teams. This route avoids some fights and forfeits 4th chest to help guarantee a boss kill (player 1 should wait until the buffs at #24 and #26 are eliminated before attacking #21)
