Adventures can be started through the Sanctuary and will consume one Portal Charge. In each Adventure, the players will encounter Squads, Altars of Power, Eyes of the Herald, and one Boss. In addition, there are daily Buffs and even more Buffs and Debuffs that can be collected by the players along the way.
Basics[]
Each Adventure consists of four chests, the first three chests can be opened if enough Team Points were collected and the boss chest if the Boss was defeated. Team Points are collected by defeating Squads, Eyes of the Herald, or the Boss, each rewarding 20 Team Points.
To access higher-level Adventures the previous Boss must have been defeated at least once.
Chests[]
The first chest will grant:
The second and third chests can grant one of:
Opening the boss chest will always grant Pet Potions and will also grant one of the following:
Buffs of the Day[]
All Heroes, including the enemies are affected by Buffs. These Buffs reset at each Guild Game Day and consist of two Hero Buffs and one Pet Buff.
Leaving an Adventure[]
An Adventure can be completed by pressing the "End the Adventure" button, alternatively an Adventure can be left in the Adventure Log, after you leave an Adventure, you cannot rejoin it.
Instant Clear[]
Adventures can be raided for the current Guild Game Day if the specific Adventure was completed with all four chests. Players can also stay in a completed Adventure until the next day, than leave and raid it (instant clear) and also pick up the reward for the Daily Quest. This way, players are only required to actually play an Adventure every other day.
Action Points []
Action Points is the number of moves each player can make. To simplify, the tables and boxes are using "Moves" instead of "Action Points".
Portal Charges []
Portal Charges refill by one at the start of a Guild Game Day up to the maximum of three. They can also be found in Special Events, Quests or received as a Gift in the Mail. Because most Gifts do not have an expiration date, players tend to leave them in their Mail for later use and to avoid going over the refill limit of three.
Additional charges can be used to temporarily go above the total of three portal charges. In such case, no additional charge will be refilled until the player has used a certain amount of these charges, decreasing their total to less than three again. There is no time limit for doing this, meaning no charges would be deducted because a players keeps more than three beyond their Guild Game Day -- only the refilling is paused.
