Pets can be summoned and upgraded in the Sanctuary starting from Team Level 40 on the Facebook and Web version of the game. On Mobile, pets are not available.
After being summoned a Pet can be assigned to a team of Heroes to support them in battle. In addition, each Pet can also be patronaged with a particular hero for individual support when they have reached their Violet rank.
Introduction[]
The first six pets (Albus, Cain, Fenris, Mara, Merlin and Oliver) for browser were added to the game together with Sanctuary during the special event Chaos Invasion on 22 November 2019.
Other pets for browser were introduced later:
- Axel on 11 September 2020 during Mystery of the Lagoon Monster.
- Biscuit on 6 August 2021 during King of Eternal Snow.
- Khorus on 25 August 2022 during Free Flight.
- Vex on 19 October 2023 during Creatures of the Night.
The main pet events for gathering resources to upgrade your pets are The Great Storm and A Portal Anomaly.

Skills[]
Each Pet has three skills:
- White - This skill charges automatically and can be activated if fully charged
- Green - Used by the pet automatically
- Violet - Patronage skill, passive skill for the patron Hero
The skills get unlocked by reaching a certain Promotion rank.
Stats[]
Similar to Heroes, Pets also have Stats, unique to Pets are:
- Skill Power - Determines the strength of the white and green skill
- Patronage Power - Determines the strength of the patronage boost and patronage skill
Patronage[]
Pets can patron Heroes after reaching Promotion rank Blue to grant bonus Stats, the patronage skill will be unlocked by promoting the Pet to rank Violet. Patronage effects are always active, even if the Pet isn't part of a team , Also you can change the hero that the pet is in patronage to.
Equipment[]
The Pet Equipment consists of various types of stones, each Pet has two different stone types.
- The first stone grants always Skill Power and either Armor or Magic penetration.
- The second stone grants always Patronage Power.

Upgrading[]
Pets need Pet Potions to level up and Chaos Particles to upgrade their equipment. Both of these resources can be found in Adventures or bought in the Pet Soul Stone Shop.
